Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the fa444 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of fa444 following any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all services provided by fa444, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, promotional offers, and customer support interactions. They govern your relationship with fa444 from the moment you create an account and continue for as long as your account remains active or until formally closed.

fa444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fa444 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via an on-platform notification. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using fa444 and request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use fa444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for the duration of your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing fa444 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law, and you bear sole responsibility for ensuring your use of fa444 complies with local regulations.
• You are registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, nor are you depositing funds on behalf of another person.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where fa444 is explicitly prohibited from operating or where your use of the platform would be unlawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a fa444 employee or business partner in a role that creates a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had an account closed by fa444 for a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse.

fa444 uses identity verification procedures (KYC — Know Your Customer) to confirm the eligibility of players before processing their first withdrawal. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

fa444 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to restrict access to gambling platforms by minors.

Section 3

Account Registration and Obligations

To access the full range of services on fa444, you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. fa444 will use this information for account management, identity verification, and responsible gaming purposes.

By registering an account with fa444, you agree to the following obligations:

1. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful and accurate. You must notify fa444 promptly if any of your registered details change, including your email address, phone number, or payment method details.
2. One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on fa444. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. If you have previously held an account with fa444, you must disclose this during registration.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. fa444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. Account Use: Your fa444 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
5. Notification of Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fa444 immediately by contacting [email protected]. fa444 will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to secure your account.
6. Dormant Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. fa444 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from dormant account balances after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

fa444 supports a range of payment methods designed to serve Bangladeshi players with maximum convenience. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your fa444 balance instantly upon confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer may take between one and three business hours to reflect in your account balance. fa444 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within one to four hours of submission. Bank withdrawals may take up to one business day. fa444 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal if this has not already been completed. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used to make a deposit, except in exceptional circumstances approved by our payments team.

• All funds deposited into your fa444 account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• fa444 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or bonus wagering requirement verification.
• fa444 does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal means. Any such deposits identified will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, fa444 reserves the right to correct the error and recover any incorrectly credited funds, regardless of whether the error was made by fa444 or a third-party payment provider.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per calendar month. Current limits are displayed in the fa444 cashier at the time of withdrawal request.

Section 5

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on fa444 is subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or crash games. General rules applicable across all products are set out below. Product-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market on the fa444 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: fa444 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed using incorrect odds caused by a technical error, where collusion or fraud is suspected, or where a bet would exceed the applicable market limit.
• Odds and Prices: All odds displayed on the fa444 sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that transaction. fa444 does not guarantee that odds will remain at any particular level.
• In-Play Betting: fa444 offers in-play (live) betting on selected sports markets including cricket, football, table tennis, and others. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at fa444's discretion, including during periods of high activity or where the integrity of a market is uncertain.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered from its originally scheduled format, or if the bet was placed using demonstrably incorrect odds. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.
• Casino and Slot Games: All casino games and slot titles on fa444 use certified random number generation technology. Game results are independently audited by the relevant software provider. RTP percentages for all slot games are displayed on the individual game information page.
• Crash Games: Crash games, including Crash Goal and similar titles, use provably fair algorithms to determine round outcomes. The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins, and fa444 does not alter crash multipliers after a round has started.
• Maximum Winnings: fa444 applies maximum winnings caps on a per-product basis. These caps are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Winnings in excess of applicable caps will be reduced to the cap amount and the remaining balance returned to the player's account.

Section 6

Bonuses and Promotions

fa444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and the specific terms published alongside each promotion.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. fa444 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion, including players who fa444 reasonably believes are abusing the bonus system.
2. Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus balance or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, and other products contribute at different rates as specified on the promotion page. Live casino games and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
5. Bonus Abuse: fa444 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit, exploiting errors in promotional mechanics, or using automated tools to meet wagering requirements. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended and bonus balances forfeited.
6. Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account. Expiry dates are displayed clearly on each promotion page and in the bonus section of your account.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fa444 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in legal action being taken against the relevant individual.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or registering multiple accounts in order to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, sharing hole cards, or coordinating in-play bets to exploit market movements.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on sporting events where the player has insider knowledge of the outcome, or where the player is in any way involved in influencing the outcome of the event. fa444 actively monitors for suspicious betting patterns and cooperates with sports integrity organisations.
• Automated and Bot Activity: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other programmatic means to place bets, play games, exploit promotional mechanics, or interact with the fa444 platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Money Laundering: Using fa444 deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism for laundering funds obtained through illegal activity. All transactions are monitored and suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a technical error must report it to [email protected] immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the fa444 platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by fa444, including operating an unlicensed betting exchange, offering odds-aggregation services, or reselling fa444 services to third parties.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

fa444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe, or account inactivity.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-requested account closures for responsible gaming reasons are treated with the highest priority and are actioned the same day. Players who request self-exclusion will be prevented from opening a new account on fa444 during the exclusion period.

• Where an account is closed by fa444 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
• Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player and there is no outstanding bonus wagering obligation, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method within five business days.
• Bonus balances are non-withdrawable at the point of account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully met prior to the closure request.
• Closed accounts cannot be reopened for a minimum of 30 days following closure. Players who have self-excluded for responsible gaming reasons must contact [email protected] after the exclusion period has elapsed to request reinstatement.
